Syaed at this hotel 9th and 10th September 2006 we were on the 4th floor with great views of the mud pools and the geyser which was excellent, the hot buffet breakfast was also very good and it was a 5 minute drive to the centre of town.
Downside was that the hotel is in need of refurbishment.

| "the facilities were good, but the view from the widow was the main attraction looking straight onto the main thermal park in rotarua. however you do need a room on the second or third floor " |

| "The rooms were clean and well maintained, view was superb looked right onto the mudpools and and geyser. Staff were excellent couldnt be more helpful, even when my daughter locked the car keys in the car. No icemaker though which upset my Americian friend" |

| "Situation of hotel is the redeeming feature, if you have a room overlooking the mudpools and geysers. Management not particularly welcoming and whole establishment is rather 'tired' looking, pool area was not good, hotel needs a thorough renovation." |
