| "There were only three aspects of the hotel that I found unsatisfactory: First, the hotel fitness facility was outdated and limited in usable equipment; second, the room I was assigned was close to water pipes that you could hear whenever someone in the hotel showered or used great amounts of water; and third, the television has very few good channels.
Otherwise, I was quite impressed with this hotel." |

| "Room was nice - plenty of space. The pool area was good. The only problem with the room was that it was impossible to get hot water out of the bath taps - only luke warm, which was disappointing. Service to the room was good." |

| "Excellent hotel located centrally within Rotorua. The only downside was the fact that the rubish dumpster was right below our room and we were woken in the morning by staff (or others?) puting trash into the dumpster. Not really a problem though (we had to get up anyway). We greatly enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It was a really great room for a very reasonable price, friendly, helpful staff.

| "Rydges Hotel is one of the best Hotels that Rotorua has to offer. The Rooms a large and very clean. The bathrooms are a very good size. The staff are friendly and always willing to help someone find things to see and do. I look forward to staying at Rydges Rotorua again." |
