We were really disappointed with this hotel. Whilst the Reception service was good, the evening meal was very poor (warmed up and untasty buffet style food catering for a large number of coach loads - no individualism offered). We expected better. The room overlooked the back of the kitchen where we could see the kitchen staff sitting out on old chairs having their cigarettes!! Very disappointed.
