| "Hotel did not look nothing like the details posted on the website. The hotel currently under renovation but no excuse for the rooms and corridors to look shabby and in need of a major overhaul. Would not stay here again or recommend it" |

| "Hotel was in a good position. Room was clean but tired and badly needed refurbishing. Road noise was excessive and constant. Parking was very poor and when we came to collect our vehicle there were 2 vehicles parked behind it which delayed our departure. Service in the restaurant was appalling. Mobility around the hotel itself was difficult as hotel is in 2 sections. Small lifts which didn't cope with number of people attempting to use them. " |

| "The first room was not too our liking, some items did not work, and the overall condition of the room left something to be desired. A visit to the front desk next morning got us a room on a higher floor that was very nice. Great views, nice restaurant, and within easy walking distance of downtown, restauarants and stores, Te Papa, etc. Would stay there again. And they had wifi in the bar/restaurant area, always a plus." |
