My wife and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary and we can say it was a beautiful, memorable experience at the Bohol Beach Club. So far this is one of the best beach resorts we have been. We really enjoyed the place, the long white powder coastline, the hammock, the nipa hut. Perfect place to relax and unwind. The food is ok (wish they have more choices) and price is reasonable, the standard room we stayed are likewise ok but lacks ambiance, has no minibar & bath tub . Superior rooms are better. Lacks activities at night, we had to go somewhere else, a resort beside enjoying a live piano bar. Balicasag Island Tour (Marine Sanctuary)is a must tour for everyone staying at this resort ! Overall , we truly had a wonderful experience and definitely we will go back ,this time with my kids and other families.

| "We were overall satisfied, especially because the location and the beach are great, snorkeling is great, the swimming pool is probably the largest (20m x 12m) in Panglao and Bohol, wifi worked well. However, there were constantly noisy groups during our 13 days of stay, the bathroom was often smelly, and the food is average. The beach was not cleaned during one week, which made it ugly and unappealing." |

| "This is what you can expect in the country side. Ok room.(refrigerator, airconditioner, television, shower(hot water) work well) no safety deposit box in the room. Ok facility. overall ok staff. Some of them quite kind.
Don't expect high class taste. It is in an island. Yet the thing you cannot put up is the awful food. If I was not feeling well so I only ate rice soup so I don't know but my wife says it was the worst food ever. If she had other choices nearby she would have dine out everyday. (usually she does not have much problem with local food)
The beach is covered with beautiful fine sand. The ocean is sky blue. And the sea does not get any deeper than you waist until you really walk far far away from the shore. No noise from bars or other tourists. Safe and Very private. It is like you rent the whole beach for yourself. This beach only has this resort whereas arona beach is packed with many resorts, a local person informes.
It is recommandable for a family with kids who have numb tongue or who can drive out to eat. or don't mind spending the resort transportation to the town( to the port: 25min. by a car one way, approx. 600peso by resort car.) " |
