TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Check out time is at 12:00 noon; Check in time is 1:30 PM; maximum allowed is 3 people (adult or child) per Deluxe Room; 2 people (adult or child) per Standard Cottage and 2 people (adult or child) per Fan Cooled Room; check with us for current credit card acceptance policy as at this time, we apologize that credit cards are not accepted. We do accept pay pal (4.1% fee) for room deposits prior to arrival, but we can not accept pay pal once you are in the Philippines. Wireless internet is a free service, as such we are not responsible for periods of "non-service" due to technical or other difficulties. No room refunds or discounts given for wireless internet failure. For your safety and comfort, smoking isn't allowed in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT RETURN POLICY
If you book a room with us and cancel it within 30 days of the arrival date, we will keep full deposit or payment. With that said, we first try to rent your room, if we do rent the room you get your deposit at rate room was rented up to the amount you paid. It could be less due to negotiated walk-ins to get room rented. If we are unable to book room or rent room full deposit or payment is forfeited for dates we can’t get room rented
