| "Discovery Shores is exactly what I had imagined an exotic island resort to be. The service is top notch, the food is very good and the view is spectacular. Although our room wasn't what I had expected from the ad, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Service is very good and I've never seen a place so committed to keeping everything spotless.
As much as I was impressed by the hotel I can't say the same about the island it self. I wasn't a big fan of the Rooster that woke us at 4:30 AM each day and the odor of Coconut husks burning for cooking fuel wasn't for me but I was spellbound by the flock of Flying Foxes we saw while on an Island Hopping Tour. I'm not sure I would return to Boracay but I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Discovery Shores were it located somewhere else." |
