| "The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They were only too willing to be of assistance at all times.
During Chinese New Year holiday it was a very bust time and their were lots of visitors in Boracay.
I was very pleased that the hotel was situated right at the bottom of white beach away from all the tourist trappings.
It was a calm oasis at a busy time.
Local facilities were nearby but not too close and the hotel was in a quite location.
Very romantic, it was a wonderful holiday, very relaxing.
Thank you to all the staff." |

| "We have used to stay there last year, unfortunately the place changed price up and quality down:( For this price the level of service is just poor, particulary breakfest was terrible and getting 10 PPT powder juice in the morning is just wrong. Food in general is of very low quality on the entire Boracay and charme of the nature really doesn't compensate for the price you pay in this hotel." |

| "I stayed for 7 day's in Isla de Boracay. Because of a wrong telefon number from the Asiarooms agent it was not possible to arrange a hotel transfer from the habour to the hotel. The trycycle brought me to the center of the island, after some meters walk I noticed that cant be the right way. The next driver was better but nevertheless 200 m walk to the hotel over the sand of the beach was not necessary, because with the correct phone number the hotel has a excellent transfer servicem from and to the habour. The hotel has probably the best location at the white beach because only 15 meters from my premier room to the see, palms between the rooms and the see spent my enough shadow on the sun beds. The area is really quit because it is at the end of the beach, only at this area of the white beach you have a more or less privat feeling, in a distance of 200 meters you have some bars and a restaurant from a guy from Austria, I made also a diving course with a german couple which is close to the hotel. Breakfast is not exciting, once I had a dinner in the hotel the rest outside, ther are many possibilities. Room is OK, terrace and a many sun beds are also available. Service was always friendly only the citchen can be better. Because of the perfect location you have really a holiday feeling you can jump anytime in to the sea. It was great (room 103) . Distance to the night live around 2 km walk. For me no problem. Check google earth! " |

| "We had a great stay. Although we went during low season the weather was marvellous. The added benefit was that the hotel was completely empty and we had the entire private beach of the hotel to ourselves. The staff even cleaned and raked the large beach for us every morning! It's the perfect place for honeymooners, although it may get a bit crowded during high season. Boracay itself is very well developed. The only annoyance are the street and beach vendors who can get on tourists' nerves! They are not allowed on the beach of this hotel though. A definite plus! All in all we had a fantastic time!" |

| "A very nice room perfectly located near one end of the beach for optimum privacy.
The service of all hotel employees, from the Manager Mr. Fuentes and all of his staff was exceptionally good. Mrs. Capps and I very much appreciated the excellent service, recommend the hotel to anyone, and would definately stay there again if we return to Boracay.

| "I enjoyed my stay at the resort. My fiance and I had a great time. The staff was great, thanks Edwin & Alex. View,room,food location all were highly enjoyable. I traveled to several cities while I visited the Philippines, I wish my stay at Lorenzo South was longer. I had the best time here out of the four Hotels that I stayed in, during my visited the philippine. I can't wait to go back. I hope the new owner will maintain the standards and the price, so that I can make this my Annual vacation spot. " |

| "Thank you all for this beautiful holiday. The all crew is very helpful and friendly.
We booked this place because we were looking for something small and quiet and we found it.
In the evening we want out for dinner and drinks, we enjoyed the time that we spend outside Lorenzo and we were really happy too to get back in our little peacefull oase.
We recommande the premiere room which are renovated, they are big and have a big balcony or terrasse as well. Some guest said the superior room are not so nice.
We first stayed 1 night in the room 502, this room has no balcony and is noisy. We said that we booked a premiere room with balcony and that we want to change, we changed the next day. Avoid room 501 and 502( noisy and no balcony).
Every morning we enjoyed to have breakfast on the beach. For lunch we mostly ordered grilled prawns and fish, prepared from Edwin the grill master. It has been always fresh and well prepared.It was delicous.
You can have massage outside if you want. itīs so nice to get a massage and in the meantime to listen at the sea, really relaxing.
You can watch a beautiful sunset while drinking your cocktail, what a life.
You donīt get disdurb from beach sailors.
Facilities:Asiarooms write in the description of the hotel,leisure facilities like swimming pool, windsurfing, water sports, there is even a fitness center and a tennis court inside Lorenzo South Resort at Boracay, THAT WRONG. NO sport facilities in this hotel.I mean who need a pool when the sea is only 5 m from your breakfast table. But maybe itīs important for family with small kids.
2 little things could be better, the pillow and the longchair on the beach, that all.
We wish you all a good time in boracay Lorenzo south not to be confused with Lorenzo villa.
