It is a nice and neat place, service very friendly. It is also not far from the beach. But a little renovation would do good. The fridge was old and made noise. And what we paid for the room was not worth it. I guess if we would have booked it as a walk in, we would have a better rate!" |

| "The room was nice and there are nice gardens and swimming pools at the hotel.. and the staff is really friendly although the service can be slow.. and they don't provide a travel service there.. and the beach is just a slab of sand.. and there are walls surrounding the hotel to keep the surrounding riff raff away.. also there really isn't anything to do once you get there.. Cebu City is about an hour away.. and they don't allow guests at the hotel.. " |

| "the rooms in this property are very old. they should have been updated years ago. the linens are old and stained and the rooms need a complete over hall. the beds were very hard and small for two people. the bathrooms is perhaps the worst. it is old with old tiles and fixtures./ the hotel shampoos ect are not good quality. you can tel lthat the owner do not want to spend money on this property to bring it up to date,. i do have to say that the grounds are absolutly beautiful . perhaps the nicest on boracay. the pools where very nice as well. the location is very close to the beach and very quite. it is a nice romantic place for sure. there no extras here , no complimentry coffee. or fruit. nothing. the staff are very nice and helpfull . this hotel should be a 5 star for the grounds and pool and a 2 star for the rooms, i must say we did have a great time in boracay and i would suggest to pay a little more and stay at the regency or fridays, both good value and right on the beach. " |

| "We have booked for 7 nights in so called "De Luxe" Room.
We only stayed 1 night, because to call this room De Luxe is a joke. Small, shaby and joke of a bathroom. Next day we have changed to Oriental Suite (had to pay more money). This was quite good and nothing to complain about. Staff is friendly and helpful and resort is pleasant." |
