| "I as very surprised when dining in the rooftop restaurant that the bottle of Chardonney wine bought to go with the meal was 10 years old and should not be kept that long only a few years maximun should it be kept....when opened it was off and totally undrinkable....I was very surprised that I was charged for the wine...." |

| "The hotel was convenient for mid-town life but not much else. Meal service was poor, especially at breakfast time when maybe 6 staff moved or stood about chatting and doing little to serve a small number of customers. Reception service was poor, being totally unable to advise helpfully on tourist information. Parking/taxi service was good. Nice roof-top restaurant but only open in evenings - why not for breakfast? Summary - hotel could benefit from more energetic management! " |

| "The staff could not be more helpfull, only one slight moan is the water would have been warmer in the bathroom but they were having plumbing problems at this time so it should be ok in future. Breakfast choice and quality very good had some meals in rooftop restaurant, again value ann quality was good." |

| "Hotel is in a central location of city - quite positive.
Overall impression of hotel is that you get what you pay for. Bathroom could use an upgrade and the central noisy aircon system that you cannot control needs to be refurbished. Breakfast buffet is very good and leaves you with a positive impression.
In general, an OK experience, though we both found that paying GBP32 for this standard is a bit steep in the Philippines. " |
