Very good hotel with excellent facilities, excellent warm and friendly staff.
Only disadvantage is the needto have taxi to get to any business venue or shops otherwise location is quiet and good location to relax or conduct business from.

| "It was our very first visit to Cebu and the Marco Polo set the tone to a perfect vacation.
The facility, staff, and the food is definitely world class. Mabuhay to the concierge staff for their helpful tips of what to see, where to go.

| "Hotel sent an email three times asking for payment when in fact they were provided a copy of the voucher and the reservation number. Very tacky- everything inside the room has a price including an ash tray.First time I've seen a hotel like this. Food is bad." |

| "As an introduction to Cebu this hotel is outstanding. Possibly more expensive than most, it is worth every cent. It must rate on par with top European hotels - and cheaper... We were on the 23rd floor and the views were magnificent. The breakfasts are of a good buffet standard and nothing is too much trouble. The roof pool area is a must. Located far enough away from the noise of the City, but within easy taxi distance. From the moment you arrive the staff are friendly and efficent and give the impression that you are the only guests there. " |
