| "no earlier check-in for us....
we needed to wait from 4am to 12noon at the lobby....
hot, tired, hungry & sleeply etc...
we can accept for the check-in late...we can wait
but we weren't accept all the staff ignored us...
if we didn't ask them, they will not let us know how long should we wait, when can we have the rooms, where can we have breakfast, where can we take a break...
we looked like crazy people in the lobby, we slept on the sofa and we were untidy out-look.
all of us got angry...
we were 4 people and we booked 2 rooms.
but they just gave us 1 room at 12noon.
we needed to wait 1 more room after 12noon
really got crazy.......

| "I very nice hotel/resort but.... in the middle of nowhere. It takes half an hour to get to the airport or to one of the shopping malls (e.g. SM city). It has a big wall around the compound and there is nothing to find outside the gate but poverty.
All services are great (especially the massage at the beach!) and when you want a weeks'vacation of sun and leisure, this is the place to be at Cebu.
Note: the hotel does accept creditcards and (undamaged) foreign bills but doesn't have an ATM." |

| "Stayed there for a weekend break.
Hotel locked up like a prison.....big walls and big gate closed at night.
Beach not very nice..no real beach feeling....very artificial.
Price does not reflect the value.
Next time will stay at a cheaper accomodation and enjoy the catamaran trips to the islands...

| "very enjoyable stay at the maribago pool facilities excellent only matched by some fantastic staff very hospitable friendly and helpful very well trained, the menu can be slightly bland if you are there for more than a few days and the italian restuarant is not really up to much very little choice.The lack of night time entertainment is a disappointment and be prepared to be serenaded by some pretty poor singers so bad at times its embarrassing, however the staff as i say more than cater for any misgivings, a big thank you to Lety she is an absolute star.
All in all i would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone" |

What else is there to say. Very good spa, swimming pools, restaurants, beach and artificial island.

| "A really good resport for the money. The staff were extremely hgelpful and friendly and the overall look and feel much nicer than alternatives on Cebu.
on the first night we were upgraded to a superior room which was excellent and had a really nice bathroom. The second night (in our originally booked delux room) would have been fine if it were not for the fact that it was a smoking room.
I would certainly recomment the resort to friends with the one caveat that the food (esp dinner) is not very good when compared to local restaurants... much better to get out and explore." |

| "We had nice stay at your hotel. Service was on the expected level. My opinion is that the hotel needs renovating, especially the room equiptment. Surrounding (around the pool) is also very nice. Hotel staff is also very nice and professional. I get the knowledge that all Philippines are very nice people.
