| "We am surprised that we got an upgrade on the room.
The room given was on a second floor which oversees one of the three pools in the resort.
Me and my fiancée enjoyed our stay in this resort.
Maybe due to the season, there aren't many tourist yet.
My period of stay is 26 Feb to 1 Mar.
Maybe due to the rainy season or due to the economic crisis ?
We normally have our dinner outside the resort.
Just outside the resort is Maribago Grill ( less than 5 mins walk from the Resort gate ).
We had a very good dinner there, good ambience for me and my fiancée, dining in one of the mini-huts, it is also value for money.
If you go to this resort, you should also try it too.
The resort is very clean, the beach is beautiful.
We like the sunset views at the beach too.
Night time at the beach is also wonderful.
We took the Resort boat to hop onto one of island for snorkeling. This trip is well worth the cost, we had the boat to ourselves. At the snorkeling site, the water is very clear, the fishes came very close to us and we could nearly touch them.
Wonderful experience.....
If it is raining outside, you can choose to play table-tennis or a game of pool, although the pool table is not well maintained and the cue is badly worned-out.
The services that we encountered are very present and the staff attending to me are very friendly too.
On the overall note, me and my fiancée are very happy with our stay in this resort and we will come back to stay in this hotel when we get the chance.
The bangalows seems to be much more better than the room that we am staying, we also would like to try that too if possible.
We hope your stay in this hotel is as good as mine experience...... ;)
Hope this review will help you to decide on the hotel.
( Go there with an open mind, hold no expectation and the experience will amaze you )

| "This place is good for a family trip with young children.
It's not big and doesn't have new style facilities but very cozy and eco friendly environment.
I enjoyed the hospitality of the employees there. They prepared a birthday cake for my son and also became friends of his.
But food was not so good and room doesn't have sound proof system. " |

| "What a great spot, just how we like it. Laid back, right on the beach. Great staff and an excellent bar (which we used every afternoon for 1/2 price happy hour from 4-7pm!!)right over the water.
Great breakfast and allround good food, we ate here every night, even room service was good and cheap.
The staff looked after us including excellent cheap laundry service and hiring drivers for day trips etc.
Do yourself a favour, relax, and book into the Maribago Bluewater." |
