"This was a very nice hotel the room was great location very good close to all things but however the restaurant service was very ordinary the meals wre great but service so bad and un attentive you wait for them too serve you have to call them every time you require service very poor a pity in such a nice hotel "

"I am pretty satisfied with the hotel services and faciliites. In particular, I found the rent-a-vehicle services at the hotel lobby recommendable. Renting a car to travel around the Cebu Island is a good option as it provides you extra flexibility in planning your route and time."

"good location, suit value, near casino, although poor size swimingpool, only HKD500-600 in city "

"I stayed 3 nights on arrival and one night before I departed. My room on the first three nights was a little jaded, in need of an update, looked a little daggy. My view was a brick wall. However, my room the night before I departed was really much better and had I had this room initially my rating may have been a little higher. I hade a view of Fuenta Circuit. The room on the last night was at peak (Easter) rate and the 3 nights on arrival at a lower rate. Maybe you get what you pay for. I will probably stay here again but I will be insisting on a quality room now I know they have them or I will move on. The staff were very friendly and it is very handy to Robinsons mall. I will probably book a superior room to ensure I get better quality."

"the room had very poot caulking (sealer)particularly in the bathroom around the tub and wall entrance. the lighting in the room was poor and i found it difficult to read. the swimming pool was an oversized bathtub. the food was boring and for the most part unhealthy. the fitness room lacked a basic tread mill and was small and congested the staff was exceptionally good and sincerely friendly and helpful. there was no pad or writing material or pen/pencil. the front entrance and an awkward step and i had a hard fall and my wallet was stolen. there is no way that hotel is four star hotel. at the most i give it two stars. you say my bill is ready. i paid in advance and in full, sirs.the bathtub was too deep and dangerous with anti slip strips not adequate or spaced properly i feel at $68 night i overpaid and yet i might stay again because of the staff, but probably not. EP fro North Carolina who is familiar with the philippines having lived and worked there for years. even your questionaire doesn't work so i can evaluate as required."

"the room is not big as we expected for the rate we've paid. bathroom is especially dissapointing, small, smelly, and hot/cold water is not properly functioning. no complimentary water, hairdryer and sliper provided for such rate we've paid. bottle water is charged too expensive just like the 5-star hotel rate. the housekeeping staffs were making too much noice during the day time as just kept knocking on the door and continuosly saying "house keeping" that very disturbing and annoying (i wondered why they cannot do it at one time and avoid those with the tag of "no disturb", then they do not have to keep knocking the door and inform the guest the housekeeping is coming???)"
