For any booking I need in the future I would use Asia Rooms.com. But would never go back to the Waterfront the whole place smells like an ash tray the air conditioner doesn't work very well and it hot inside. The service is poor and it's dirty. The food was poor to very poor the amenities are fair to poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone i Known.

| "This place is terrible! I have stayed here twice now, and never will again. It has to be the most overrated place in the philippines. The service is really poor, the staff seem to be doing you a favour by serving you. It is expensive. The rooms are poor. The renovated ones are sparse with poor, small & tired bathrooms. The unrenovated "standard" rooms are not inhabitable, suitable for a one star only. Don't do it!" |

| "I booked a standard room, room was small, and not renovated for the last 15 years. I upgrated to juniorsuite, this room was ok, but to expensive.
Internet connection was terrible, most of the time there was loggin problems. Wehn I arr. Hotel at 11,30 I had to wait until 14,00 to check in, and at 14,00 the room was further delayed, so I got my room finaly at 15,30.
Hotel in generel is ok, but to expensive, value is to low." |

| "The facilities within the hotel are excellent.
The range of restaurants and lounges are more varied than most hotels.
The entertainment facilities at night are good with good music and ambience.
The rooms are generally comfortable though the furnishing seem old. There was no room safe which makes for storage of valuables difficult.
Internet connection was exceptionally poor throughout my stay. " |

hotel site is so good
lahug- heart of Cebu City-
across the salinas drive, asia town it park (plenty of restaurants , book stores, coffeeshops etc)
and beside hotel, club, local grill restaurants.
shopping mall(ayala, sm is not far 5min by taxi)
room size, condition, breakfast was good
air condition was well operating
(exp no bathtube)
service was not bad
big hotel, and gasino so many passengers
plese avoid nearby elevator
too noisy.

| "THIS IS A GRAND ESTABLISHMENT. THE PEOPLE OF CEBUE ARE DELITEFULL AND CURTIUS. LOTS OF SHOPPING WONDERFULL SCUBA AERAS CLOSE BY. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO MAKE A CENTRAL HUB FOR YOUR STAY. I FELT LIKE ROYALITY WITH THE GRAND STAR CASE THE LIVE MUSIC IN THE EVENING ALONG WITH A REALASING ATMISPHIERE ALL DAY LONG. THE BEST BREAKFEAST IN THE PHILLIPINES. HOT AND FRESH. FRUITS,PASTERES,EGGS,BACON AND SAUAGE,ECT.THEY AHD IT ALL. THE SERVICE COULD NOT BE BETTER. A GREAT PLACE TO ECAPE TO. HEIGHLY RECOMEND
WE WILL BE GOING AGIN NEXT YEAR" |
