| "We had a nice stay at the Pearl farm hotel. We were very well taken care of by the polite and helpful staff. Just make sure you order your meal well in advance if you don't want to enjoy the buffet as it takes very long to get served.
The spa is wonderful and reasonnably priced. I recommand the coffee body scrub. A delight !" |

| "We stayed in the Samal House. Room size is adequate & cleanliness is good. The staffs are friendly & able to attend to most of your needs. The clear blue sky & deep clean sea with colorful corals & fishes makes our vacation a wonderful experience. Just be reminded that the resort do not allowed guests to bring along F&B bought outside of the resort. The resort prefer transaction in PESO although they would accept USD as well. " |

| "We had a wonderful time in this resort. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is fair, could have more varieties. We will be back again in this Christmas." |

| "The good/great things: The Pearl Farm Hotel is a very nice and very relaxing place to go. We stayed at one of the Samal houses which are built on stilts, I guess similar what is common in the Maldives. They are great Bungalows and you can jump into the crystal clear water directly from your doorstep. It is ideal for snorkeling (lots of fish and sea stars) and scuba diving. The hotel in general has a very nice atmosphere to it. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food (mainly buffet) is very nice.
The things to be aware: Be aware that this place is very remote and no other restaurant is around. However, it is possible to do day trips to Davao city and vicinity (the boat trip is for free for hotel guests). People who will love this place are people who like to go to places like the Maldives, relax at the beach and just do nothing for a couple of days. I disagree with my fellow citizen from Switzerland when he complains that he cannot pay in Singapore dollars. A hotel in a remote island simply can't offer this kind of service. Credit Cards and USD are all fine.
We had a great stay there
