"Good service and friendly staff. Being next to major shopping centre is a big plus. Email can be checked in basement floor of Robinsons' shopping centre. Big selection for breakfast ranging from Japanese to Filipino food - more than adequate.
I was upgraded to a large suite so note my comments on the room size.
Gym is adequate - one equipment i wanted to use was out of order."

"Form the time we arrived until the time we departed we were extremely well treated. The staff were fabulous and the food/amenaties/service were very good and professional. Access to the Mall was great and our two week stay there was fantastic.
The only small criticism would be for the cleaners to be more attentive to their guests needs and requests but overall a fantastic time."

Would I stay at this location again: Absolutely!
Comments: have stayed here several times. Actually was one of the first to stay here when the hotel opened in feb 2006. It is a new hotel. excellent value for money unlike the premier hotels in makati.
I really liked the breakfast buffet unlike the buffet at the Dusit (Makati) where I stayed a week later. The hotel has direct access to the robinsons galleria mall via the forth floor.
The only major dissappointment / con that I found with the hotel was their false and misleading advertising regarding their so called gym "red corner"
The only free facilities available for hotel guests is the use of their very limited gym equipment... the use of the boxing facilities are 600 pesos per session... a complete rip off... I would have paid 600 pesos alright if any of the dwarf so called trainers would have gone a few rounds with me!
