"Form the time we arrived until the time we departed we were extremely well treated. The staff were fabulous and the food/amenaties/service were very good and professional. Access to the Mall was great and our two week stay there was fantastic.
The only small criticism would be for the cleaners to be more attentive to their guests needs and requests but overall a fantastic time."

Would I stay at this location again: Most likely
Comments: Good service and friendly staff. Being next to major shopping centre is a big plus. Email can be checked in basement floor of Robinsons' shopping centre. Big selection for breakfast ranging from Japanese to Filipino food - more than adequate.
I was upgraded to a large suite so note my comments on the room size.
Gym is adequate - one equipment i wanted to use was out of order.
