"My parents, Mr & Mrs Dom & Eve Abanto were very satisfied with their stay at the Pavilion, except the additional charges imposed on them even with prior request that they will be checking out late to coincide with their departure flight. We requested the hotel to waive the charges but we did not receive any response. We (my parents and me & my wife) will be traveling to the Philippines again next year. With this kind of service they experienced, we are having second thoughts in staying at the Pavilion again."

"Overall it is a good place to stay, good lobby, good reataurents, good staff. However we suggest the following improvements. 1. Internet facility offered free does not work at all. We tried hard to communicate using our Laptop in the lobby but never got the workable connection. The other one available in office is very expensive. We feel, this is a basic facility which should be available in each room free of cost. 2. Majority of items served in Restaurents do contain Non-veg components. In each Indian family there will be some members who take only vegitarian food (pure veg). Even some Europian/American prefer such food. There should be more items which vegitarian people can enjoy. We could not enjoy food much because of this reason. 3. Our Bath room (room No. 1212) had one typical problem. When we brush our teeth, wash the face or do shaving, our head would strike with the mirror-box which was projecting over the wash-basin. If we mind our head keep away, water would spread on our foot as well on tiles and the area near wash-basin gets wet. This is not a good design in such a star hotel.May be this is overlooked by managemen. Hope there will be some improvements in future. "

"Stayed here in December 08 for 4 nights. The hotel from outside looks very impressive and the lobby is beautiful.Breakfast was great and the service of the bell staff was very prompt. The location is perfect as it was just about 25mins to the airport and a 10min walk to the Robinsons mall, there were a number restaurants and fast foods around the hotel so very convenient. The only downside is,the room, the aircon was dirty, the carpet had burnt marks on it,despite having booked a non-smoking room, the floor and room smelled of cigarettes! The bathroom could do some works too.check in and check out was smooth.Would suggest the hotel to refurbish their rooms soon."
