"Nice room. But lack flexibility and customer service. Paid USD10x2 for internet connection for 2 days. Most countries give internet connection for free. Was not able to use the internet connection for half a day. As the power connected to the modem was awkardly located with one of the table lamps. How on earth would I know turning off a table lamp also turns off the modem? Told the counter regard this. Wasn't even offered to compensate me for the time lost of not using the internet."

"i only stayed a night so it's not really to really rate the hotel. But I did find the service while polite and adequate, quite without warmth. Also it came up as "near the airport" - it was no where near the airport - I think that's a bit disingenuous. That was one of the main reasons I chose to stay there - as I was in transit overnight and did not want to be too far from the airport. That is also the reason why I would probably not stay there again - it's more a comment on the traffic in Manila and not so much a criticism of the hotel. "

"Comparing Linden Suites Hotel to the other hotels we used to stay in the Ortigas area, this is probably one of the best. The elevators work and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay in Linden Suites again."

"A little more brightness (light) in the bathroom is needed"

"The room is very clean with a good size bathroom. The indoor swimming pool&jacuzzi are my childrens favourite if only they put some plants around it to make it more inviting for adults. The restaurant staff are the best very friendly but the food is average. The location is very good if you love shopping.I will recommemd it to anyone but not for budget travelling as its quite expensive. Our overall stay is good the only downside is the hotel service fron the airport which took nearly 2 hours before it arrived to pick us up."

Comments:

Had problems in checking -in .Stayed for a night from 5th March-6th March and I was happy that I was upgraded but was't informed of it ,I booked the same room category for my stay on the 1st April- 2nd April and was surprised that the room will be smaller from my last stay, they informed me that I was only upgraded before but if I knew I would have booked the same room category for april. I asked to call Asiarooms so I can do the upgrade by phone but I was told by the front desk that they dont have access for international calls even if I was willing to pay for the call. They instead wanted me to check-in first to the room category that I was booked, call Int'l from there and check out again if the room upgrade was confirmed. Having worked at the hotel industry at the front desk, I find this too complicated and would have given a different solution to a simple request. If I was infrmed that I was given a different room prior to my first check -in, I would have booked the same room category for my next stay. Quite a challenge during check-in just because of lack of communication and information.
