Overall was extremely happy with my stay.Checking in was quick.The booking was in my name but both myself and my husband's passport was checked.I booked 1 bedroom deluxe and 1 drawback was the security was so tight that my visitors are only restricted to 4 people at one time in my suite.So,if you have friends or families intending to pay you a quick visit or a catch up this may not be the right hotel for you.They could avoid this heavy restrictions by just asking the visitors for proper ID and perhaps a time limit.Next time when booking and just for 2people I will stay at Oakwood again.
