"I've stayed here several times in the last two years. On the positive side, its always clean (even if its an older hotel), from the lobby, to the hallways, to the rooms. Rooms facing the bay have a great view, rooms facing the opposite have a crappy view. Its right across the street from the US Embassy, and also a great outdoor restraunt called the Harbor View that sits out on a pier. On the negative side, the entire exterior is undergoing a makeover, top to bottom, and there is much noise during the day. Walking in the area is not for the faint of heart, and the walk to the Adriatico circle is too far at night, and metered taxis are difficult to get here at times (you'll need to walk out to the street). Breakfast is fair."

"I ready love the rooms and service but the problem is that i hope that they will give me twins rooms instead of double rooms because my group have no couples. Instead they give me double rooms with extra bed. But the extra bed condition is not good. Hope asia room will considered about that because when we book through asia room there is no part in the website stating which type of room we want. Thank u"

"The most memorable part of the stay was the throughness of the room service staff. They fixed up the rooms really well and I commend them for that. One of the lights was not working on the first day but when we came back after the room service, it was fixed and we didn't even complained about it. The price was a bargain to have included the free breakfast but the breakfast itself didn't really tickle my appetite. The outside aesthetics of the hotel was compromised due to remodeling but the inside was really nice. The pool was pretty small so we decided not to go in it. Still this hotel is like the center of all the fun stuff in Manila and I would love to come back here when I get the chance."

"We book a twin room but we have a kid. The front desk is kind to give us a double bed and a single bed with non-smoking room. This hotel is near the Intramous , so it's convenient for visitor. The waiter in the door can call a taxi by meter for us. Therefore, we recommend this hotel if you would like to visit the Intromuous."

"Our stay at Bayview Park was definitely okay. With the exception of limited TV channels (they have more channels at Best Western La Corona), the overall service was very acceptable. we'll definitely stay there again."

| "The water-heater don't work when I was staying there. Mostly cold and warm water at most, despite turning the hot water knob to maximum.
The noise from on-going renovation and traffic nearby didn't help to have good sleep.
The breakfast is not palatable so two-bites on the first morning was all that I took for the 4-5 days stay. Fast-food would be a better deal.
Front-office service staff was polite and helpful.
