| "The room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly. Carpet is a little out dated. Great location for all of the Bars and plenty of places to eat, all within a very short walk. I will stay at this hotel again !" |

| "Overall, I am satisfied with everything. Just some trivial comments
Morning Call - They did not call me on 1 ocassion. But just a small issue.
Breakfast - Abit dull, can be more interesting. well...there again... we can't expect much.It is still acceptable.
Location - I like it, though it is very very far from Greenbelt/Ayala. Cos' in the vicinity, there are 24 hours cafe, convenience store, drug store and internet cafe. Internet charges is 50peso per hour. It's great.
Service - I didn't experience slow response as highlighted by other travellers. Like asking for a fried egg or cutlery. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Room - The mobile phone reception in my room (at Level 18) is weak, can't received clearly. Maybe is isolated case.
will definitely come back again!

| "This was a one month trip for me my second time in the Phillippines, Best western was my fourth accomadation. This is not a bad hotel but also not particualry great, The staff are all helpful and nice and the breakfast is pretty decent with a good selection, the rooms are satisfactory but nothing special but spacious, the pool was out of service on my 6 day stay the whole duration which was a little annoying (but thats just my experiance) also the location of this hotel is not so great, its far from the greenbelt district and to get there you must use a hotel taxi which cost you 200 piso which is a bit expensive if ur a budget traveler. After staying at some nice acomadation in bora best western was a little bland and didnt have much life to it, it was ok just for a place to rest, My gf and i got quite bored as there was nothing to do there, we decided to move to tagatay. There are other hotels around the same location i have stayed at before oxford suites and manila hotel that cost around the same price are all in all better. " |
