"BSA Personnel should be knowledgeable in giving directions. Give a landmark like the Ayala Museum along Makati Avenue and De La Rosa St. I asked whether De La Rosa was the former Pasay Road and whether I should go past New Renaissance Hotel. The answer was yes so I got lost and couldn't find Legaspi St. It was after 8 at night, dark and I didn't have a local cell phone. BSA Towers should not ask for a deposit of Peso500 for parking and should not charge Peso150 for parking. BSA's rate is like hotels so parking should be part of the room rate. It is very inconvenient to park on De La Rosa, check in, get the parking permit then park my car. The room and the bed sheets are clean. Room should have a coffee maker where water for tea could be more conveniently boiled."

"I was very disappointed with this hotel as it was well below my expectations. Upon arriving I was notified they have upgraded me to a one bedroom suite. When I walked into the room I was shocked at the condition as it was in very poor standard. First thing that caught my eye was how run down the property was and that 5 of the 8 lights did not work. I was even more shocked to find the toilet broken and immediately went downstairs to ask to take me back to a standard studio room as I would not stay in conditions like this. They transferred me to another 1 bedroom apartment which was in better condition than the first. Overall I was not overly happy here as it is really like staying in a friend’s home and not like a hotel at all. If you are planning to stay for a month then perhaps this place might be of interest however there is no real effort to make your stay comfortable. The towels and bedding are old and small so even requests to have an extra towel is a chargeable item. While the location is wonderful I think a hotel is a better option for anyone wanting something decent as even basic services of ironing breakfast proved to be a challenge here. "

"I expected a relatively nice room for the price and for the Makati area but was disappointed. The room had not been maintained or in any way updated. 3 of the 5 light fixtures were bare light bulbs. Air Con covers were broken. The living and kitchen area are large but the bathroom was tiny even by Manila standards and the bedroom was small. It was a dark and I did not enjoy being in the room. On the positive side: the staff was excellent and some of the friendliest. The location is great. Right across the street from Green Belt 5 which gives you easy and convenient access to the Green Belt Complex as well as Glorietta. Taxis do not often drive on that street so I found that in order to catch a taxi I had to go to Green Belt. Breakfast is delivered take-out as the Tower does not have a restaurant. "

"studio hotel in makati in front exactly greenbelt mall , in a peace part of makati ; very safe place ,; no safetybox in room or in lobby ; very kind people ; small kitchen with a few things to cook ; breakfast included deliver in room but very small breakfast ; people very kind and friendly ; good price for the hotel and location; no swimmming pool ; not always very easy to find for taxi ; but good choice in makati for the price ; "

"This hotel is about as basic as you can get. It has very little class and the decor and amenities are minimal. That being said, it has a couple of things going for it. It is quiet. The best thing by far is its location, which is as good as is possible in Manila. Oh by the way, the breakfast is not in a dining room - it is brought up to your room in a bag."

"Service was good, very polite and helpful staff at the front desk. Facilities was quite dated. Fantastic view of the makati skyline. Phone was out os service though for quite sometime. Overall my stay was satisfactory and i wouldnt mind to come and stay again in this hotel. Location was excellent, just a stone throw away from greenbelt 5. Would recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Our comfortable room was an oasis of peace and quiet in the heart of Makati. The kitchenette could have been better equiped, but that did not bother us too much as we took our meals outside the hotel. We really appreciated the location, with the Landmark and the Glorietta Mall within easy walking distance. The main complaint we have is that the telephone in our room did not work."

"Overall, it was okey. The beds sugged and the sheets were thin...they need new ones althought they were clean. Courteous and accomodating personnel. I was hoping for a swimming pool, but It was not available to transient guests. Perfect place for those who wish to shop and unwind because there is plenty of places to go as well as socialize with friends and loved ones. Very good crowd and most of all, a nice Chapel to pray at the beginning or the end of the day."

"Condotel close to greenbelt and glorietta malls, only improvement would be a mirror in the bathroom."

"Perfect location! Across the street from Greenbelt 1, and walking distance to the Glorietta Mall! "
