| "have stayed here several times. Actually was one of the first to stay here when the hotel opened in feb 2006. It is a new hotel. excellent value for money unlike the premier hotels in makati.
I really liked the breakfast buffet unlike the buffet at the Dusit (Makati) where I stayed a week later. The hotel has direct access to the robinsons galleria mall via the forth floor.
The only major dissappointment / con that I found with the hotel was their false and misleading advertising regarding their so called gym "red corner"
The only free facilities available for hotel guests is the use of their very limited gym equipment... the use of the boxing facilities are 600 pesos per session... a complete rip off... I would have paid 600 pesos alright if any of the dwarf so called trainers would have gone a few rounds with me!

| "Very upsetting to my Filipino girl friend her aged mother, sister and daughter who came to pick us up for dinner were denied seating in the only place where the elderly lady could sit in the smallish lobby i.e. the coffee shop by lobby staff who claimed quote " the seats are reserved" unquote.An attemt was made to correct this when we appeared in the lobby but the damage was done. " |

| "hotel location and room size is great. broadband is fast. housekeeping is very propmt. service at the restaurant is poor, not very attentive, ask for tea and you automatically get cammomile. room screaming for an immediate renovation (carpet stains and bathroom moulds in abundance).
state of the art fitness centre on their website???? are you kidding me!!! where is it??? you will need to walk to the next building, the holiday inn hotel, crowne does not have its own, very old machines, just 1 ailing bike, for OH&S reason, please do not use." |

| "The room was huge compared to others we've stayed at. The hotel is very conveniently located. My wife recently had eye surgery and was told by her doctor to avoid going outdoors as much as possible for a few days to avoid any dust from getting into her eyes. It was a blessing in disguise that our original hotel stay at Edsa Shangrila could not be confirmed by the airline, because they were booked. The hotel is connected to Robinson's mall which had plenty of things to keep us busy, and all we had to do was take the elevator downstairs. Lots of restaurants at the mall, including a very nice, clean movie theater to catch the latest USA movies in English. This is the second time I have booked a hotel with AsiaRooms and I highly recommend them." |

| "I found the Crowne Plaza Galleria Hotel in Ortigas to be an excellent hotel. The staff were always very friendly and the room was bright and clean. The room was always cleaned very early in the morning so you never had a situation where you would return to the hotel later in the day and still find in not cleaned. The restaurant on the premises where I ate a couple of times which served a buffet was excellent. I was very impressed with everything about Crowne Plaza" |

| "I have stayed at the Crown Plaza in KL and now Manila. Both times I have been very impressed with the service and rooms. Even though the rooms are a little expensive, I think the rooms are great value for money. I hope you enjoy your stay..." |

| "We stayed here on our retun to the US. Very nice room, good location Robinson's Mall is connected. The train is three blocks walk, easy connection to the Mall of Asia. We used the hotel taxi to go to the airport for our 8:00 a.m. flight the trip was less than 20 minutes new van and a hotel employee, although a little more expensive than a public taxi.
We would definately stay here again. The staff were all very knowlegable and helpful." |

| "Crowne Plaza Galleria is connected to the Robinson's Mall and has just about everything I needed from department stores to groceries. Staff personnel are very courteous and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious.
Cons: Driveway entrance is kind of confusing if you are driving, but taxi drivers find it with no hindrance. I was also ticked-off by housekeeping knocking at 2100 hours to flip the mattress bed. Other than these, I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Galleria-Ortigas and would recommend it to any Balikbayan or anybody visiting the Philippines.
