| "I only need a clean, safe, reasonably priced room while passing through Manlia on the way to Davao City, and back to US, and this works well. I do not appreciate the street solicitation you are subjected to but that is not the fault of the hotel, just result of location I guess." |

| "Dear sirs!
I´ve been to Manila several times and always stayed in a dump of a hotel...(dirty, noisy, unfriendly etc.) and so it was just a pleasure to stay in Executive Plaza Inn!
Everything was just perfect and so I would stay there anytime again! For me there is no other option anymore than the Executive Plaza in!
Everything worked absolutely perfect there as written above!!
Thanks again!
Sincerly
Heinz Ebster

| "The room we stayed at was very clean, it seemed newly refurbished. The hotel staff was pleasant although the front desks staff could be a bit more helpful and friendly towards their own people who are also staying as guests at their hotel. We found that the front desk staff were more accommodating towards foreigners which was very dissapointing. They hardly smiled and made eye contact when we were speaking to them.
Breakfast should have been included for the daily rate, so a bit pricey. TV channels were disappointing, there wasn't much variety unless you were fluent in japanese, korean or chinese.
Location was good, very close to shopping area but it was very noisy as it was located opposite the casino and on a busy street and also near the red light district.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with young children. We were travelling with young children and they were very curious at the sights." |

| "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and well maintained. The location is perfect too! It is in the heart of Manila. Everything is in walking distance from the Robinson mall to the famous Mabini night life. And if you like casino's, it is just across the street. I will stay here again when I visit Manila in the future." |

| "The reception desk is undermanned and always busy, so it's difficult to get their attention. Not enough lifts, so lots of waiting time to get one.
The cafe is dark, dismal, uncomfortable, with very poor food to boot - not recommended at all.
Also I dislike the 'heavy handed' exit procedures when you have baggage. You need to ask at checkout for a confirmation slip that you have paid the bill. If you don't have it, you will be sent back to the very busy and crowded reception desk to get one before they let you out.
But the rooms are okay, large, and clean." |

| "Initially I thought my stay was just OK, the looby looked good. the services was way below poor, i couldn't believe myself that the hospitality and values of a filipino has never been observed here. the staff are not honest and i feared that my belongings are nto safe. I actually lost a coach sandals! " |
