| "We picked Heritage for staying in Manila for a night. We needed a hotel closed to the airport as we arrived in Manila late at night and left Manila in the early morning the next day. The hotel is close to the airport, about 10-15 minutes away by taxi.
We would recommend Heritage for those who only stay in Manila for transit, but if you were to go around Manila, we would suggest you to pick other hotels as Heritage is pretty far from everything else.
Workers there are all nice and friendly.
Retrauts are all fairly good.
Room was good enough for us." |

| "I stayed there at Heritage Hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend and there was a nice suprise that they upgraded our room to junior suite when we checked in. Becoz of this, our stay was so comfortable and we have always stayed in the room. The staffs were friendly and the location is very nice. I was glad to know that they opened a poker table at the casino (desipite of the fact I lost..) But overall, it was very enjoyable and hope I can come back there again.. " |

| "Great hotel, great service, great location. Prices for food and drinks are a bit high. Noise is a major problem. I was on the sixth floor and the street noise kept me awake most of the night. IF that doesn't bother you then this is a great hotel located a couple of blocks from Mall of Asia and fifteen minutes from the airport." |

| "HERITAGE HOTEL Pasay, Manila - Hmmm, I would say the hotel is mediocre for the most part. (I requested their standard room) I booked for a king bed but they gave me two double beds because the king bed is unavailable. (oh well.. what can I do) Bathroom is okay. The hotel's cleanliness is okay. The room size and the value you get is okay. Bed is comfy enough to put you to sleep. Two things that I didn't like would be (1)The Front Desk - they do not respond to my calls quickly, I have to wait for 10 rings before they pick up the phone. (2) The Buffet Dinner - A bit expensive and the food is very bland, doesn't have variety. On the other hand, the concierge attends to my needs right away. They were fast enough to provide me a weighing scale for my baggage. The location is great because it's close to SM Mall of Asia and there's a shuttle to take the visitors there. The Casino in the hotel is a bonus so there's something to do in case you get bored at night. Overall, it's a decent hotel but it's not very fancy. However, I'd still recommend this hotel because it's close to the airport and the hotel would provide your basic needs with a little extra. 3 stars out of 5. It's a PASS for me.

| "Staff were very friendly & courteous. Hotel itself is nice but a little pricey. Buffet breakfast was good but they need to change more that 1 or 2 items in the menu. I saw a lot of the same stuff everyday." |

| "This is my 3rd time to stay at the Heritage. Hope I get a discount next time. I like it 'cause of the proximity to the airport & Mall of Asia. All staff were very friendly and attended to my needs right away with special thanks to Joanna at the reservaion desk. Buffet breakfast was great but need to change a lot of menu everyday. Bayview hotel changes all their buffet menu everyday & they're only a 3-star hotel. " |

| "The rooms were okay except the service were really too poor. During check-in, we're waiting 45 minutes before we get the room key. They have 3 receptionists, the line was not long. They don't take which customer come first. Whoever goes to the counter even if you're the last one to come the will help them. My recommendation, they should have first come first serve and if they will busy, they should instruct customer to make a single line. In the buffet restaurant, service was not too bad." |
