Good hotel but located on a busy junction which has a permanent traffic jam during rush hour. However, it is very convenient for the airport and Mall of Asia.

| "Overall I am quite pleased with the service and cleanliness of the facility. I had paid for a Deluxe room but they upgraded me to a "Family" room which came with a king size bed and a single. Therefore the bedroom and bathroom are large and very pleasant. So, in a way my experience and opinion are skewed because I do not know what their regular rooms are like. I also requested a non-smoking room which they did not have. That was a big disappointment for me. When I returned home, everything smelled like cigarette smoke; my hair, clothes, even the suitcase. I understand that Asiarooms.com made it clear that these requests are not guaranteed. But I think on the non-smoking room requests, Asiarooms.com has got to find a better way to assure the request is met." |

| "The hotel location, place and facilities is quiet
okey, but we were so disgusted when we come in the reception,they doesn't welcome us at all especially
the one who took our booking/voucher and all our passport,he was so unfriendly, no service at all.He left the reception disk bringing our voucher + passport without saying a word to us. We were all standing "confused".
So we have to asked the lady receptionist, Why is it
that the other receptionist just dissappear bringing
all our passport + voucher. Thanks for her, she was
very helpsome.
It is very important for us, which is a guest to be
welcome with good service + (SMILE).. in such a way that we will feel safe.... " |

| "We picked Heritage for staying in Manila for a night. We needed a hotel closed to the airport as we arrived in Manila late at night and left Manila in the early morning the next day. The hotel is close to the airport, about 10-15 minutes away by taxi.
We would recommend Heritage for those who only stay in Manila for transit, but if you were to go around Manila, we would suggest you to pick other hotels as Heritage is pretty far from everything else.
Workers there are all nice and friendly.
Retrauts are all fairly good.
Room was good enough for us." |
