| "Definitely the best location while having business in Ortigas.
Close to the excellent Robinson's Department store with many eateries and good shopping.
Rooms with pleasant views on Manila.
Rooms are of perfect size, amenities as well; side services very efficient like laundry or business center.
Excellent breakfast buffet, just a bit crowdy after 8am.
Easy access to catch a taxi , different from the close EDSA Shangri La or Richmond.
I shall definitely go back to this hotel with the excellent rate they were proposing 70€.

| "Hotel was good price and servise, little bit old . bed was normal . not that five star you would expect . location is good some how. near gallaria mall which is a very good mall. however not near city attractions. recption was very helpfull . i recommend this hotel although i dont like the location much" |

| "Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are of very good size and clean. The corridor areas appear a little dark and could made light and airy by a repaint and perhaps different drapes, etc. A consistent hotel (I have stayed before) that I would return to." |

| "The hotel is situated in a great spot for shopping. We were next door to Robinsons and a 5 minute walk from SM Mega Mall. The area was perfect. Found the service on check-in a bit slow and too many excuses as to why our room was not ready. Still we stayed here a second time on our return journey. Had the standard room which was better than the deluxe!" |

| "i stayed with my wife 3 nights in this holliday inn hotel ,the location is good you walk from the hotel in a nice mall with many restaurants and bars.quick acces to the other parts of manila like makati and airport.luxury rooms and hotel with nice kind employees. if we go manila we go to holliday inn" |

| "We like the hotel for its attentive staff, the airiness of the room, the emphasis on cleanliness and the security checks of all guests. We feel safe staying in this hotel.
The one downside is the lifts. We have to wait a long time for a lift, even though there were three lifts. Somehow, one of the lifts seem to be non-operational at certain time of the day.
Overall, this is one of the better hotels we've stayed in. " |

| "The biggest plus is that it is connected to a large mall. It has everything there--a supermarket, theaters, restaurants, shopping, bowling alley, etc. Anyone who's been to manila knows how difficult it is to get around. So by being connected to the mall, you save a lot of time, energy and taxi money.
Breakfast buffet is first rate. However, if you stay more than a week, it kind of gets tiring. Overall, it's a great hotel." |

| "More of a 4star hotel than a 5star. Attached to Robinson's Galleria Mall and easy walking distance to Shangri-La, SM Mega Mall, and Podium for shopping. Easing walking distance to MRT Ortigas for public transportation. Good security complete with metal detector. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Beds comfortable, sheets fresh. Bathrooms large but bland. Breakfast buffet is the best part as the food is varied, plentiful and fresh.
It is quite a distance from the Airport (1 hour on a Wednesday afternoon driven by a Manila resident who is a friend), 30 minutes by cab at nite to Makati and the Glorietta Shopping, 45 minutes with no traffic (at nite) to Malate, Mabini and Manila Bay.
Most of the staff where professional and friendly. If not for a few of the Arrival/Check-In staff who were outright rude and snobbish I would not mind recommending this hotel. However, customer experience and service is key and I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. One staff member had the nerve to talk bad about me in Tagalog to her co-worker in front of me not knowing I understand Tagalog. For this reason, I can say I will never personally return. If, and only if, a colleague has business in Ortigas that absolutely requires convenience of location I'll suggest this hotel, but again, not recommend it." |

| "I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, some of the staff knew limited English but there was usually someone there that knew enough English to answer your questions. I had some trouble the first day or so getting a personal safety deposit box in my room (which is supposed to be in there already). I was told it was broken and they removed it. After calling and talking to five or six different people I finally got the safety box in my room. Other than that I had no issues. I was able to charge everything in the hotel on my credit card which was convenient since I didn't bring enough cash (DOH!). I was even able to charge the shuttle ride to the airport which was more expensive then a taxi but a more comfortable ride. The room was clean and house keeping came every day to clean the room and wash the bathroom. Also the house keeping staff would happily handle any requests for you like give extra bottled water, face towels, even extra cutlery. There is Robertson's Galleria, SM MegaMall, 7-Eleven and ATM's close by you have easy access to any you need. The free breakfast (6-10AM) had a nice variety and was great to look out the windows while eating breakfast. The food served at the restaurant in the hotel and room service (which is the same menu) was also delicious." |
