the staff were so so helpful and very polite
i stayed in club room and this was a beautiful room
it was so so big i got lost
breakfast could be better-it was ok
the staff helped with day tours and it was a great experience
please use hotel taxi to airport
patches bar was great and robinsons shopping centre was great for food
i loved staying here " |

| "The Hyatt Casino was a great joy to stay at. The staff were exceptionally courteous & friendly. I stayed in the 'Regency Club' rooms & the attention to detail was excellent. the Breakfast could benefit from being able to 'toast' bread rather than just cold plain bread but apart from that I have no complaints. The pool area was great & service here also excellent.Location was good.I used the Hotels driver for an afternoon & found this reasonable & a good way to get around in airconditioned comfort. I will be staying again on my next visit." |

| "This is a good hotel no doubt, and good value if booked in advance through this site. The staff are polite and friendly (which is not uncommon in the Philippines).
The room was very pleasant - nice quiet and efficient air-con, firm and comfortable bed, good lighting.
I only have one major problem with this hotel. For the business traveller a good Internet connection is essential and I found the Hyatt's lacking. It is a cable connection and the network cable provided did not click securely into my laptop. It kept breaking the connection. When even budget hotels seem to be able to provide a good wireless service I find it amazing that a hotel of the standard of the Hyatt cannot do this - time to move into the 21st Century guys!!!
The area around the hotel is not really pleasant. More beggars and street hawkers than in Makati but Robinson Mall is a five minute walk away. I would stay here again and enjoyed my stay but the Internet problem would bug me - otherwise I recommend it! After paying London prices it's a bargain." |

| "Although not the cheapest place to say you can expect the same service and facilities as you would any other Hyatt Hotel. Beautiful hotel, great service and facilities and close to major shopping. We will definately being staying there again on our next trip to Manilla." |

| "This is my 2nd time at the Hyatt Hotel and my 5th time in Manila.I love the Location to the Night life and just a 1/2 block(short walk)to the Baywalk area. Also a short walk down the same street(pedro Gil) SM Robinson Mall(Shopping,food,internet cafe,movies..Everything you may need).As for the Service and Security of the Hyatt...Its Excellent! I never have any problems while im there,Always felt safe there. The Personel at the Hyatt was always very polite and Helpful.I enjoyed the Cafe on the 3rd floor,didnt care for ANY of there Buffets there,Also its Very Expensive to eat at the Hotel Anyways. Easier to take a Taxi(around 100-200peso=$2-4 dollars) to goto the Mall Of Asia and Get Whatever you want from Great food to Shopping,Movies..Whatever you may need, Including some very cheap Internet Cafes. I enjoyed my 16 nights I was there During May and Plan another shorter Trip there In August. Have Fun ...Gary California USA" |
