disappointed with the service, check in was very poor and not courteous.
room was average and bathroom was very very small, for a 5 star hotel.
breakfast was rush, i was still having my coffee when they give you your bill to rush you off. food was very average and again service was so so average.
staff not helpful at all. i wouldnt go back and stay again. try manila peninsula, excellent service and hotel!!

| "Great staff and restaurants although the breakfeast fare could be a bit updated the mueslix was bad. For Fathers Day my kids and I enjoyed a wonderful set menu and was highly impressed by the attentive waitstaff and the quality of the food." |

| "The hotel and the rooms are very nice. The bath rooms are a little outdated. The service could be a little better i.e. it took very long for or lougage to be delivered to the room. The travel agency is slow. The people at the front desk are however very nice and accomodating and the room size was very good especially because we had two children with us (executive room). " |

| "We were pleased with the hotel from the moment we stepped into the lobby.
The room was comfortable and well maintained.
The staff was very friendly and eager to assist us.
Breakfast was included and was very satisfied with the variety of choices available.
Since it is close to shopping mall and only a few minute drive from the airport, we chose this hotel, as we were headed for a 7 hr drive to La Union the following day." |
