| "I stayed last year and thought it was great. This year, maybe we had an older wing, but the room appeared a bit run down and old. The spa, compared to the hotel price and the living expense, was more higher priced than I had expected." |

| "Very good hotel. Clean, spacious room with good bathroom. We had a Business class room. Food excellent - we ate in the Tivolli Rest. and had a supmtious champagne themed meal. The deli rest. and the buffet restaurent were also very good.
The consierge most helpful with internal flights. The staff remembered us by name and were most courteous. We shall use the Mandarin Oriental again
The only downside was that the hotel taxis were very overpriced and we would maybe arrange our own transport next time." |

| "The rate I got was pretty good for a junior suite however the hotel is very old, not Mandarin standard at all, more like excelsior. I saw the inter-con, location is better however it is also old but if you can get a decent rate you may consider. The staff however at the Mandarin were extremely pleasant and helpful." |

the lobby is not nice, its so dry.
TVs are old, bathroom is kind of old.
but overall, its a good hotel" |

| "The hotel is a little dated and the list of facilities is not extensive but for very little money, the service was first class and the location is terrific. The rooms are up to standard for an old 5 star hotel in the middle of the city and the food on offer in the restaurants is good. Admitadly we didn't try the posh restaurants as we were busy every night." |
