| "The room is spacious. Breakfast is ok. The people at the receptionist are friendly and helpful.
There are plenty of cabs outside the hotel in the morning. No problem getting the cab driver to use meter.
But when its night and its raining, you will find difficulty getting a cab (to use meter)to your hotel, really depends on your luck. From Greenbelt to Oxford, by meter cab, is about P70. Therefore, its quite near the huge shopping malls.

| "Stayed for 2 nights in Aug 08 in an Executive room. The room was a bit grubby and worn (wallpaper and paint)but everything worked perfectly. The linen was nice and clean and the room was clean. All staff very friendly and helpful and the location for a single male traveller was perfect. Food was reasonable and good value. Security was excellent.I would stay again for the staff and service which were excellent but the room could do with a makeover. " |

| "I was impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet spread was good. However, it got really crowded and some guests had no tables.
Service at the reception was slow." |

| "Did stay there a few times. Staff is friendly and
location cant be beaten for the visitor which want
to enjoy the nightlife. Some rooms (facing Burgoes
street) may be a bit noisy at night time but its still
okay. Its value for money and my preferred hotel in
Manila." |

| "The location was what is really great about this hotel if a person is into the local nightlife. The room is nice, above average, but the staff at the front desk could be a little more helpful. I plan to stay at the hotel again the next time I'm in the Philippines." |

| "Very good value hotel, services more than adequate and cheerie staff.
Location is central to entertainment and shops. Only problem was the hawkers that target you on leaving the hotel, just say no and they usually leave you alone unless of course you want cheap watches and an endless supply of viagra!
Overall I would recommend this hotel above the others in the vicinity." |

| "Hotel room size was adequate for simple travellers. No master control switch panel at bedside, so have to go to each individual switches to turn on/off lights. Alarm clock is too far away from bed. Although room has windows and door to a small balcony where the aircon unit was afixed, non of them can be opened. Hence the glass on outside of the windows and door were covered in dirt. Good location if you're into the nightlife of Makati." |
