Careful what you book - if you book an executive room (they say that you get a bay view) the odds are that you will not be given one (probably because the hotel deems booking through agencies as receiving discount!). Hotel in my opinion is over priced! Whilst the staff are very attentive and nice, the rooms are getting dated (they are large though), the TV is hard to see – very poor in fact for a hotel that regards itself as ‘5 star’! Location is good if Malate is where you wish to be and the security is good. As I said the staff’s attentiveness is very good.

| "This is my second time staying at Pan Pacific and i had the most enjoyable time. Everything was perfect. I arrived at the check in desk and was given complimentary room upgrade. The service was amazingly fast and was able to check in and up in my room in about 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and the food is very flavorful and delicious and has something for even the stingiest food critics. The location of the hotel is very close to many currency exchange places and Robinsons Mall. It is also a very short taxi ride to the Mall of Asia. The only drawback is that the hotel is in Malate they have many children beggars and sidewalk salesmen. The kids come up to foreigners and beg for money. Some of them walk around with very little clothing on. My advice is take taxi wherever you go so to avoid getting approached by them. " |

| "Room size was really great, the food in the club lounge leaves a lot to be desired as the choice is limited and the hot food was mostly cold.
We ate at the Italian, the food was superb but was marred by the number of mosiquotes buzzing around, we asked for repellant what the waiter supplied did not work, so se ate and exited as soon as we finished - pity it was a nice setting.
All in all the staff were good, we will go back there again" |

| "I have stayed at the Pan Pacific for one week. I must say that all the staff member's was very friendly. The Breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from. The location of the hotel was very good you were right at the center of everything, we could see one of the shopping mall (Robinson Mall from our Window.
The only thing that I had a problem about the hotel service is the Transportation. I think that the hotel should look how many Travelers and bag there is and accomadate the Travelrs that way. So Transportation service fro mthe Hotel was very poor. I rather take a metered taxi before taking the Hotel service.

| "Over all stay was very good, the only thing I have a negative comment on was the sedhower had not been cleaned, it was very dirty, so I choose not to use and had to have a bath instead. Service was very good, lovely people friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again." |
