| "Booked a 7 night stay online. Single superior rm w/twin beds.
Requested a car to pick us up. Waited at airport for 45 minutes. Car arrived which was very dirty and smelled cigarettes. Arrived at hotel at 11:00PM and the lobby was blaring loud hip hop music. A room with two beds was not available. We waited 45 minutes. Decided to get a roll away bed. Roll away bed was OK because we didn't want to transfer rooms. Bathroom are a little outdated, and need repairs. Superior rooms are pretty small. Food in the restaurant is mediocre. Food at the bar and service pretty bad. Halo halo the worst in the Philippines. I say go to the Manila Pen, same rates, and much better service and accomodations." |

| "Stayed in New World 2nd Week of March 2006. Location is the Best. The hotel is just across the street from Glorieta, part of the Ayala center. Nearby restaurants are World Class. The Hotel and its Facilities are excellent. BEST PART you can walk-in at nigth and get great rates." |

The deluxe room was really big with Boasts State of he art facilities and amenities. The recreation at the hotel was Varity choices to choose. Guest rooms benefit from breathtaking views of either the Makati skyline, the skyway bridge or the bay. They are bright, cozy, modern and are equipped to suit both travel or business purpose. " |
