| "bathtub too high, first step out of tub is too great. nothing to grab and brace yourself as you exit the tub, that why the towel rack in the tub area is sacking, that is what everyone uses to hold on to to get out of tub. the rest to the room is roomy, the bed was comfortable, lots of closet space, the kitchen had all you need to cook, clean building areas, the staff is great, facilities are great. the hotel is in walking distance to the shopping center and the restaurants. cab ride if this is your option is very reasonable, 35 peso from the shopping area, just walk...unless its raining" |

| "the location is great, walking distance to the shopping, and eating places. the bathtub was hard to get out of, because of the height of the tub off the floor, this made the first step out dangerous, a vertical grab bar would help alot instead of grabbing onto the towel rack...otherwise its is a clean, nice room and facility to stay at. great parquet flooring." |

| "The hotel location is almost perfect for the customers requiring convenience in terms of business, shopping as well as entertainment.
Hotel staff is also very friendly and cautious about customer service.
Room is also very clean with regular pest control. I have never seen any cockroach during my stay there for the last 2 years.
The place is more appropriate for expatriates or those who stay for a long time." |

| "Our family spent 3 nights in March, 2008 in a 2 bedroom premier suite. Our two-story, two bedroom, 3 1/2 bath suite was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the linens were very good and the overall experience was pleasant. The unit had a full kitchen, complimentary bottled water and a clothes washing machine (with a dryer in the basement for Php100 a load). The location cannot be beat - right in the heart of Makati - walking distance to everything. This was a great place for our family to stay - the kids even had time to enjoy the pool. We will definitely stay there again." |

| "The location is perfect for access to the Malls and Restaurants. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were a bit noisy as the apartment was next to the lift. Very clean, changed towels everyday and provided good facilities such as gym.
On the minus side, they should provide free internet as this is the trend in the world, you can get it free with Coffee shops. To get hooked on the internet they ask for a lot of money.
but I'll definitely stay there again." |

| "The breakfast (served by concessonaires) is very poor. We could do without it - and did much of the time. " |

| "My stay in the hotel was uneventful. The only problem I had was my laundry was not done in time. I have to leave my laundry so I don't miss my flight. I still have not receive my laundry to date." |

| "Although the staff did its best to make our stay enjoyable, I have to say that I expect more for the money. The hotel is pretty outworn and the "Studio Executive" is very small. I ask for a higher floor but got on the third with no view except on the next building 10 m away. The requested late check out was also not possible." |
