| "At first, we were frustrated because they allocated us to a smoking area. I didn't realise there are still smoking areas. But I should have mention that my wife was pregnant. Anyway, the quick and excellent service made up for it. They gave us another room the next day.
The food is also great. " |

| "Great and safe location for what I wanted.
Close to Festival Mall with all facilities a western traveller would expect and need.
Hotel is not really 5 star but a very good comfortable hotel and warm and friendly staff.
Check out was slow even for a prepaid guest (40 mins for a simple bill..2 phone calls !).
Bed was a bit hard and not a luxurious for a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast buffet (included) good quality but don't be late...food running out by 10am and no more added to buffet if you arrive after 10..10:15.
Pool area and gym good.
I think a little overpriced but not much else around...
Hyatt /Sheraton price with Holiday Inn quality." |

| "The hotel is extremely recommended. Stafs are very friendly. Service is superb. The room is large. The bathroom is fully equipped and clean. With the price, this is not for budget travellers but business men. Free internet in the room. Location might be far from any interesting spots e.g. shopping malls, dining places, but the hotel provides free shuttle bus to wherever in Alabang Town at any time you request. We can order the pick up back to the hotel any time by just a phone call. I really have nothing to complain." |

| "This was perhaps the best hotel I've stayed in outside the city limits. If you are a business traveler and need a professional and very well appointed hotel this is it. It is luxurious throughout. Staff is excellent, food is outstanding. I now compare all Hotels in Manila with my experience from the Bellevue. " |
