| "This was my second stay at this hotel.
I have to say that the hotel is easy to find and close to the shopping centre and is in a fantastic location and all rooms get a view of Taal lake. WIFI in lobby is very handy. It is a very busy hotel and suits families and larger groups more than western couples I think.
This time I was put in a standard room even though I booked a deluxe room via teh internet and it does not compare at all with the deluxe/superior rooms.
At $120 plus a night I was unhappy that the room did not have a refridgerator, no kettle or tea coffee making facilities, and no patio furniture for the generous outside area.
The shower had black mould on the ceiling and although I had requested a non smoking room it had the smell of stale tabacco smoke. TV was fuzzy and Aircon did not work well and the room was very dusty.
The standard breakfast consisted of bread and cheese, and the buffet was only available on week ends. On the day the buffet was available, I was told it was only for convention guests. When I asked about upgrading to the full american breakfast the main waiter was agressive and the cashier downright hostile. Maybe they were having a bad day? Getting a second cup of coffee was also a problem. The other young man on duty was very nice and apologetic in regard to the other staff behaviour.
Despite the above negative comments, generally speaking it is an ok experience staying at the hotel." |

| "The location was spectacular. The service was great and the staff were very helpful.
I would definitely recommend Days Hotel for value, location and service.

| "Fairly good place to stay for the price, location and service. At the time of our stay, TV was out of service due to storm. Entrance carpet inside the room was wet and damp, obviously due to water leakage. " |
