I was going for romantic first night. i came where i have no other choice to stay because the other popular hotels in bandung were fully booked. my couple suggested me to check the kartipah. for the first impression, the scenery remind us of traditional colonial housing. after we took tour for the rooms we choose Amah's room. A standard suite room. we were really enjoy the stay. service given by the hotel staffs were very helping and hostile. we got everything we need. the food for the breakfast were very good. we ate nasi goreng (traditional fried rice), omelete, and pofertjes that we couldn't find anywhere in bandung. although they have no restaurant or cafe, but we can still have meals at the local restaurants nearby. we impressed with the owner's visit. At breakfast Ms. kartipah greeted every residences on the poolside. she still look very energetic at her 74th age. she lives in the guest house and always visit the residence. Just like a mom for every guests. Thank You The Kartipah...
