Family run, this 4-star guest house is just 2 minutes from Killarney town centre and offers 15 en suite rooms, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. In 2000, Abbey Lodge was comprehensively refurbished and extended to provide luxurious en suite accommodation. Much of the slate and stone used in the restoration was salvaged from a number of historical buildings locally. Tastefully decorated throughout, the lodge houses a collection of fine art and antiques, which were once features of the great homes of this historic region. There is also a PC in the lounge, for guests’ use. Tea/coffee making facilities are also available in the lounge.
