  They service was good in the restaurants, the concierge was great, but the desk staff were very dis-organized for check out, it took almost an hour. Over all though the staff were very good, and the hotel is great value for money.

  Got in on a late flight,i thought there was a shuttle bus but that was not to be.The Terminal in KL a very confusing place it needs a shake up.The hotel is very clean and the rooms are massive i would stay there again.

I booked room with inclusive of 12hrs and 1 rental tower but when I cheked-in I was asked for 10 MYR for tower and 5 MYR for key-card.
