  About the International Guesthouse Thamel in Kathmandu, Nepal
  The hotel is really nice and built in the characteristic newari-style; it's also close to Thamel, but in a very quiet street. We had a very pleasant stay: our room was big, very clean and the staff was friendly and very kind. All the guests have also a free internet access.

  Very god and friendly service speaking english much, much better than im that Classic hotels in India!!! Nice garden and clean pool at the backside. Restaurant rather expensive ( bottle of water ~ 2usd) but worth trying!

  Nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. The location is excellent and the garden and pool area serves as a very nice oasis when you return bask home from the noisy and dusty roads of Thamel.
