The environment in the lobby, the lounge and the cafe are very welcoming and warm. It's a very enjoyable stay. Except that the building is getting old. Can see some cracks and stains in the bath... Hero's supermarket also close to hotel. The only negatives, elevators are very slow. Exercise room is very basic. You expect more from this quality of a hotel. Swimming pool area...
