The hotel is very run down considering the $$ we paid. The breakfast is no good. The only good thing is the location, right at the centre of Malioboro street which makes it very convenient for us.

The staffs are very helpful
but this hotel is too old, like a mostel.
Other than the perfect location, i believe we can find other good hotel around Malioboro street with the same price or even cheaper.

The lift tiles are broken and missing same as with the bathroom which make it not only unsightly but dangerous.

The numerous amount of motor bikes parked outside the main entrance doesn't add to the ambiance of the hotel and camouflages it.
