<description>Nice hotel -- not great.  Small rooms, smaller bathrooms.  Nice breakfast buffet.  The Chinese restaurant was not worth it.  The revolving lounge was thoroughly enjoyable, good food.  Location's great for enjoying the river, Grand Palace area.  </description>
