CANCELLATION POLICIES:
In any cases the first 3 nights deposit is non-refundable. A 4% Administration charge on the Balance Payment will be taken for all cancellation up to 15 nights before arrival.
If the reservation ia cancelled between 14 nights and 7 nights prior to arrival, 50% of the Balance Payment (21 days prior to arrival) will be refundable. No Refund after 7 nights prior to arrival.
