Fond Doux Estate is a 250 year old working cocoa plantation,This cocoa is sold to Hersheys and Hotel chocolat for chocolate .This plantation is located in Soufriere, the most scenic area of St. Lucia. In addition to this the land around Fond Doux has recently been made into a world heritage site and Oprah Winfrey has placed this area on her top ten places to visit in the world because of its extreme beauty.
