Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
Very modern and design rooms, and service with the Serbian smile and warmth. The hotel restaurant was very good too (amazing for an hotel...). There is a nice terrace bar on the top floor. By taxi, not far from the city center. Avoid rooms with view on the highway, as noisy.
