"Arrived and quickly checked in.
The rrom we were given was right behind all the lifts! Went down and asked for another room away from the lifts and was given one straight away at the opposite end of the floor to noisy lifts - marvellous.
Had a great breakfast and enjoyed the pool and poolside bar.
Great hotel if you dont want to go all the way into the city and are just having an 'overnight' journey break. "

"I've highlighted to hotel when did the booking that we are honeymooner and request for king size bed, but they gave twin beds!! we only find out when get into the room and request for change.
1 day before check in, I called to the hotel to ask about breakfast as we will check out at 4AM, the operator said we can let them know earlier and they can prepare for take-away / room service. But at check-in time, I asked the customer service, he kept saying cannot!! they do not have that kind of service. I think this is typical singapore customer service!

"The hotel is located near the airport, it has a free shuttle during the day to and from the airport. Upon arrival they did not have the specifications that I reserved so they offered me an upgrade. The breakfast was included but since I left the hotel at 4:00 am, they had somebody bring me down from the restaurant some sandwiches and water so I could take it with me, I though that was a really nice gesture. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Overall a GREAT hotel if you want to stay for the night near the airport if you dont want to stay at the Airport Hotel. "
