The Elizabeth Hotel Singapore is located in the residential district of Mount Elizabeth, but with easy access to the lifestyle haven of Orchard Road. It is only 20 minutes drive from the Changi International Airport. The nearest Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station is Orchard.

The Peranakan Place is a major tourist attraction near the hotel. The Peranakan shops were built in the early 20th century, and have somehow managed to withstand the onslaughts on modernity.
